Omegaland

Omegaland Tarot…a while back, someone wrote, “Omegaland is a 78 card deck set in a dystopian, apocalyptic modern universe of the same name. The illustrations are survivalist and heavy on the rifles, crossbows, and tins of beans. It's both a tarot deck and card game, and instructions for both are included with the deck.”
Oh My Golly Gee Whiz.
Yes, the images are set in a dystopian future, where canned food (pentacles), potable water (canteens = cups), defense (firearms), and thought/instinct (crossbows), are vital for survival.
And yes, there is a card game (not related to Tarocchi, Tarot, or Tarock) included in the instructions (with crib-cards).
But ya know, I’m a reader. I’ve been reading for 46 Yahrens. Comes a time when you need something so outside of the pale – this is the beast you need.
Sometimes, a question – a sitter – an event requires, your own personal stuff, requires something…yeah…post apocalyptic, disaster, bovine-scat demands you to look to the other-side of the Tarot.
Omegaland Tarot is not dark. Actually a positive uplifting deck.
And a card game. Play it while camping. Play it in the woods. Play it on the train…
Some will hate this deck. “It’s not Tarot!”
Well, by golly... yes, it is. It’s RWS and effing brilliant for a dystopian fun deck.
So watch some Walking Dead, or some Handmaid's Tale…
Do you like graphic novels? You need this.
It’s just plain fun.
Seriously - fun. Do you like fun?
