The Deck of Shadows is a 54 card oracle deck. The cards are the same size as 'poker' sized playing cards with a linen finish (which provides excellent handling) in black & white. The size makes this an excellent choice for folks with smaller hands. Each card has a playing card title on the top, and three words around the sides that each describe varied aspects of the central concepts of each card, along with historical artworks that include symbols and images intended to provide one with a secondary source of inspiration. All combine to provide excellent intuitive readings. Two of the included cards provide Yes/No answers.
