As with the original, the images are inspired by styles popular during the Art Nouveau, pre-Raphaelite, and Symbolist movements, and includesthe extra two Major Arcana: The Well (XXII), and The Artist (XXIII). Additionally, some of the characters have been reworked to reflect a greater cultural diversity.
