Contemporary reworking of the RWS images, with an emphasis on making connections between the material and the spiritual. While Jack Sephiroth's artwork is dark in its tone palette, the illustrations themselves are not particularly frightening or foreboding. Instead, the contrast between the dark foregrounds and light-punctuated backgrounds help the deck to live up to its expressed purpose of "how the Earthly factors unite with the Heavens in the mundane world".
