78-card tarot which combines the Greek myth of Theseus and the Minotaur with tarot symbolism, and presents the resulting blend in a sort of 'storytelling' fashion. The cards, when lined up next to one another in a sequence indicated by a special number in the upper right-hand corner of each card, form a diorama-like image. The suits are represented by spades, hearts, clubs, and diamonds rather than wands, cups, swords, and pentacles -- but all cards, including the numbered suit cards, are scenic (i.e., not simply "pipped"). The card titles are in French, but the accompanying LWB is bilingual (French/English). Published by the artist in 1982, in a limited, signed edition of 2,000 copies.
