Nova Witch Tarot

Tastefully muted colors and cleverly original takes on the RWS template make this deck designed for self-exploration a powerful reading tool. Despite the word "witches" in the title, the cards don't lean heavily into pagan practices -- at least, not overtly. But the deck's imagery subtext is definitely aligned with pagan spirituality. The cast of characters depicted come from a variety of ethnic backgrounds, posed beautifully among stars and clouds. In the minor arcana courts, the "Page" card has been renamed "Girl", and per implication in the accompanying text, the ranking of the "King" and "Queen" cards has been reversed.
