Shining Woman Tarot

Spiritually-themed tarot by noted tarot authority Rachel Pollack. The illustrations use a “tribal art” style; the symbols and themes are comprised of an eclectic mixture of mythologies, lore, and esoteric traditions. The pip cards are fully illustrated. The suits have been designated as Trees (Wands), Rivers (Cups), Birds (Air), and Stones (Pentacles). The court cards are designated as Place, Knower, Gift, and Speaker. This edition is now out-of-print, but a revised edition was released in 2001 under the title The Shining Tribe Tarot.
