Originally released in 2003 in a limited edition of 100 borderless copies, Lorenzi-Prince's Crone tarot was picked up by Tarot Connections in 2007 for a white-bordered, small-press 2nd edition. A third edition with black borders was issued by the artist ca. 2017. The art style is simple, almost primitive -- but the artist wisely makes the most of the style by avoiding cluttering details. Unassuming and from-the-heart, the deck expresses it's creator's very spiritual connection with tarot's principles. The Court Cards have been retitled as Beast (- Page / Princess), Witch (= Knight / Prince), Grandmonther (= Queen), and Shadow (= King).
