This (obviously) Christian-themed deck was not designed as a cartomantic tool. It is, instead, essentially a deck of 52 "playing cards" with scenes and quotes from the New Testament (specifically, the gospels of Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John) intended to impart Biblical lessons to the players. In effect, it may not be much different that how some scholars believe that tarot cards were used at one time -- that is, with scenes intended to familiarize "players" of tarocchi games with the hierarchical structure of church and state (and various virtues and vices) during the Renaissance. However, there seems to be some misconception about the deck's purpose, as we at Tarot Garden have had a few inquiries about this deck, as if one might use it for fortune-telling or Christian pathwork (which one always could, of course, especially the latter). So -- into our database it goes. The deck's suits are named after the four famous gospels of Mathew, Mark, Luke, and John, but the structure of each suit is as one might expect - Ace through 10, with a Jack, Queen, and King in each suit.
