Accordidng to the creator, Florance Saul, the deck "...is inspired by the secret incantations of the ancient Sumerian masters who lived ca. 4500 to 1900 B.C.E.". As implied by the deck's title, many of the images are infused with lunar elements. The cards are oversized, and trimmed with gilt gold.
