Antique Victorian engravings form the basis of this fully-illustrated 78 card deck from the creators of the Tarot of Prague, Fantastic Menagerie Tarot, and others. The images have been lovingly colored in a manner that retains the images' old-time charm while making the deck appealing to modern tastes. The standard edition lacks the lustrous gold ink highlights of the limited edition version, but remains charming and appealing.
NOTE: This entry was made after the original printing was released in 2006. The deck has subsequently been reprinted several times, wtih the fourth and most recent (as of this writing) printing having been published in 2024.
