"Fortune telling" tarot that feels a little like a tarock deck. The minor arcana are roughly playing card-suited, using Spades, Hearts, Clubs, and Diamond pips. The court cards, also in the style of playing cards, are double ended. However, there are interpretational keywords on the bottom of all 78 cards (text in Japanese). The illustrations are set inside thick, colored borders, in order to make room for both the upright and reversed keywords. The illustration style recalls both traditional Japanese ink-and-brush paintings and modern anime/manga aesthetics.
