South Korean majors tarot that appears to have been designed for playing some sort of special game. The bottom of each card includes symbols and point values that indicate the card's value in game play. The characters depicted are from the Ojamajor Doremi anime series, and the illustrations are rendered in the typical Asian anime/manga style, with large-eyed, pigtailed girls and the occasional blobby, amorphous creature.
