Artist and author Roelen's influences include petroglyphs found in North and South America, Australia, Africa, and the Hawaiian Islands. The suits have been renamed Intuition (Wands), Emotion (Cups), Intellect (Swords), and Sensations (Pentacles). The court cards have been renamed Mankind (King), Womankind (Queen), Peacemaker (Knight), and Defender (Page).
