Returns Policy

Please note that we do not accept returns unless the product received is not as described. An item is considered "not as described" if:

  • Any cards are missing
  • The product shows signs of damage or previous ownership if the item was listed as "New"

Preowned collectibles are sold on an "as is" basis, although we do warranty that no cards should be missing. Preowned items may not include boxes or books, and may show signs of wear or even damage. The prices assigned to such items will reflect the item's condition, adjusted by rarity and level of demand.

If a received item is not as described, or you receive an incorrect item, please email us for return instructions.

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
