Deck with imagery focused on the magical and fantastical. The cards are populated by animals both real and mythical, fae folk, and multicultural seekers. The suits are named after the elements -- Fire, Water, Air, Earth -- rather than the more common suit symbols of Wands, Cups, Swords, and Coins/Pentacles. Though slightly larger than your average tarot cards (3.5" x 5"; 9 cm x 12.5 cm), the finish is matte/uncoated, which keeps the cards from being slippery or sticking together. We find the artwork of the deck to be a bit amateur-ish, but we nonetheless like its totally kid-friendly vibe.
