Tarot of the Nine Paths

Majors plus five original cards (The Well, The River, The Ring, The Dragon, and The Web) make up this 27-card deck by the author of Tarot and Psychology. The images were constructed from original photos of dolls, sculptures, ornaments, and other relevant "knick knacks" which were then assembled, collage-fashion, with other graphic elements. Rosengarten's tarot system is based around groups of nine -- thus the addition of the five extra cards to allow the deck to be divided into three equal groupings of nine cards each. The deck's primary stated purpose is to allow the user to pursue psychospiritual development. Self-published by Rosengarten, but distributed by Paragon House.
