Here, the card names correspond with the traditional titles, and the minor arcana suits are not replaced, as they are in Vol. 1, with their elemental attributions. The scenes depicted are more grounded in everyday life, as opposed to the deity/ritual/spiritual figures that dominate the first volume. Together, the two decks provide an interesting spectrum that spans from the spiritually sublime to the comfortably mundane.
