Rom/gypsy-inspired deck that's not really tarot-like in structure at all, but has gained some prominence among tarot enthusiasts and collectors -- possibly because of its inclusion in both Kaplan's Encyclopedia of Tarot (vol. III) and The New Tarot by Rachel Pollack. The cards feature gypsy figures and cultural symbols in black-and-white, set against one of four colored backgrounds (red, green, blue, and yellow). The structure is only very loosely analogous to the 22 cards of the traditional tarot majors, with 16 additional cards included that roughly correspond to the court cards and aces of the minor arcana.
