Kat Black's tribute to the richness of the artwork of the old European Masters, from the Renaissance and Baroque eras. The expressiveness of the character faces help communicate the meanings of each card.
Kunati's and USG's editions of the deck bring a surprising amount of the original limited edition quality to a mass market product. Large cards keep the beautify of the original details intact, although the USG edition is about 7% smaller in size than the Kunati. Both mass market editions add gilt gold edging to the cards Oh, yes -- and of course, there's always Black's exquisite compilation of classical art to drool over.
(Oh, and did we mention?: the deck includes a Happy Squirrel card... for those in the know.)

I am so elated that I was able to purchase this rare deck from Tarot Garden. I had almost lost hope of ever owning The Touchstone Tarot. Thank you for keeping this deck alive although its out of print .. and it was delivered quickly too!

An exquisite deck. The art is rich and luminous, the cardstock is a lovely matte with gilded edges. Even the bix is top notch. I'm really glad I grabbed one of these before they're all gone!
